Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Focuslio's website, mobile, or desktop applications ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).

  • Web & Desktop Subscriptions: Managed securely through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Android Subscriptions: Managed through Google Play Billing. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law or platform policy.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you create and activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Availability and Data

We strive to ensure maximum uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed tasks, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us through the support message system within the application.

8. Desktop Application

When downloading and installing our Windows desktop application, you may encounter a "Windows protected your PC" warning from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. This is a standard warning for software from independent developers who have not yet purchased a Microsoft certificate. By choosing to click "More info" and "Run anyway", you acknowledge and agree to install the software at your own discretion.
