When you use our integrated Focuslio AI features, we transmit relevant workspace data (such as your tasks, notes, projects, calendar connections, and chat messages) to our trusted third-party artificial intelligence provider to generate responses and execute productivity actions.
Our AI provider processes this data as a subprocessor. Under the provider's API developer terms, prompts and data submitted via the API are not used to train their machine learning models, ensuring your personal workspace content and notes remain private and secure.
When the spelling and grammar checking feature is enabled in your notes, we transmit note text to a trusted third-party grammar and spelling checking provider to identify errors and provide writing recommendations. The provider processes this text solely to provide these suggestions and does not store the text of your notes permanently.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your sign in session and remember basic user interface preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can access, update, or delete your data at any time through the platform settings. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you may do so through the settings panel or by contacting us.
